Exceptionally clean and brand-new room overall. Comfortable bed and professional and helpful staff. Location - quiet and unbeatable so close to the mountains above Las Vegas as well as areas like the Spring Mountains Visitor Gateway, Lee Canyon Ski Resort, several picnic areas, and trailheads. Also, is set in the national park.

This is the most pet friendly hotel or resort I have ever been to. The location is stunningly beautiful. Nice for folks needing to get out of the Vegas heat as long as you don't need the internet and walk very carefully around this run down property .

This resort was not very clean or well maintained. They also claim to have internet service which is not true. Due to the resorts location the service is spotty at best. Was a huge disappointment. Had a bit of work to do on my computer, turned out to be impossible. And staff was unhelpful and the manager Marc actually refused to hear my complaint. When I stay away from home it is very important that I can access the internet for work. I will not stay at this resort again. Also kinda dangerous due to lack of maintenance. Broken walkways and cracked sidewalks are sure to hurt someone soon. The sidewalk entrance I was told to use ended all of a sudden in a 2 foot drop into a kinda mud slide that was muddy from the sprinklers. Why anyone would water dirt is beyond me. I assume grass was there at some point.

Stunning location on top of the hill with views of the mountains. Good choice of goodies for breakfast. Pack your bags and head to the Resort On Mount Charleston for breathtaking mountain views and a delicious breakfast spread!

this is a very moderate hotel which has received many upgrades lately but hasnt raised the price

The room was ill equipped and too noisy because it was located within a few yards of the 24 hour bar.

The resort at mount charleston was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the food at the restaurant could have been better.

We had a fantastic time at the Retreat On Charleston Peak. The location is stunning and the facilities were beautiful. Despite a few minor hiccups, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The food at the restaurant exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.

I like that it was away from the city. It was quite, romantic, relaxing and cozy. It's a beautiful resort. There are many hiking trails to choose from. We actually completed the hike to the top of the mountain and it was breath taking. The food at the restaurant was fantastic and really large portions. We can't wait to stay there again.
